As a business, to ensure our employees are properly integrated into the sector they work in and to maintain their motivation while contributing to sustainable tourism, we organize cultural trips for our employees at specific and planned intervals. We aim for our employees to get to know the city better and to see the positive effects of their presence in the tourism sector reflected in their work performance and functions.
Our business aims to organize cultural trips for our staff at least once a year. When planning these trips, we primarily consider seasonal conditions. We value employee participation requests and take action accordingly to organize the activities.
If we work with tour companies, we prioritize collaborating with reliable companies that hold sustainable tourism certifications. Each cultural trip we organize and carry out is of great importance in helping our employees learn about our cultural heritage and convey this knowledge to our visitors.
We value feedback from our employees after every training we provide. We inform both local and foreign guests about our cultural heritage through brochures, maps, websites, and reflect our culture through our decor. With the dishes served in our kitchen, we aim to introduce our culture to local and foreign visitors by presenting traditional meals.
